I'm 28 lbs into my fitness journey and still have so far to go. I'm 22 and a full time university student with two jobs, I can't excuse people who say they don't have time. Everyone has time once they decide that they do. It took me a while to get here but I know what I want and I will get it. Slow and steady is the way I want to lose my weight.

Food in the last few days..

Sunday: a Eggo

A smokie

Roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots and stuffing

Monday: homemade egg and bacon croissants 

tuna sandwich

turkey tacos! 

two glasses of wine, and so much water..

Spent today getting ready for uni tomorrow. I made 8 Shepards pies to put in the freezer for days where I am too tired to cook. Now working on flash cards and reading for Thursday’s classes.

Wisdom teeth are out.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy. No swelling no bruising. Lots of pudding and lots of black tea to help keep the bleeding down.

Getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow..

No gym or solid food for a while! Probably should have invested in a juicer. Oh well. Hopefully my jaw will remain unbroken and life will be good.
